Not a very good first impression. Can't tap on terms and conditions to read what am I agreeing to while using the app. Can't sing out, a notification that is always shown on the bar even when there isn't any ride at a time is annoying, I've been charged £15 instantly after booking a ride for £8 estimated price (the excess had been returned after 3 days). Tracking is not working very well and finally waiting for a driver... I had to wait 1h because they were sending one after another, and finally the 3rd driver showed up. I put my card details in the app form but now I'm afraid if it is secured or they just got all my card details in plain text and an operator is charging a card manually after booking. In short there is still a lot to do with the app development and too many things don't work as they should so I'm just afraid to use this app again. This is an honest review, just being worried about these things mentioned above.

i can no longer select the option to pay by card, which was most convenient because i don't usually carry cash. booking is fine and i can't knock the service, but the app itself is no longer ideal. especially since the description still says payment by card is an option!
