Drivers are very friendly and they take card which is a plus but app does not show accurate times on it. When it shows a 10 min wait it can actually be a 40 min one. I will wait 40 mins if needed but get the app to reflect this without the need to call. You can't pay over the app but the drivers themselves all have card machines.

Booking though the app it's not the first or second time! Book from early morning for a evening appointment and still not on time in fact we had to phone up and ask where our taxi is! Same answer on way over 30 to 40 late! What's the point of the app🤔
