Drivers are liable to cancel pre bookings if they don't like the route. So you come outside after work with no taxi booked and have to go to the bottom of the pile again.

The app has a tonne of problems it doesn't let me input my address as if it doesn't exist and then when I try to find it on the map the entire area is missing. now it won't let select pay with cash only pay with card and then when I do select pay with card it won't book me a car and won't put the payment through 👎

Multiple times my money got removed due to reservation which was not even made. Worst thing is that you cant even made another one. Im not using procabs anymore because i was late couple of times on my work and i cant afford that

Handy app to use, can see if cabs are nearby on the GPS and can book the
taxi days ahead. My only issue is that my app doesn't give me the estimated
fare for the ride, though I don't mind since pro cabs have a very fair
price!
