No estimated wait times displayed meant if I had not called ahead to ask I would've been waiting for a car to be dispatched for 20 odd minutes, let alone the time taken to arrive at the pick up point...completely unacceptable from what is supposed to be an app for the digital age, its not convenient in the slightest.
