Worst Taxi Company, can never get hold of a taxi and occasionally when you do its always late, the app is fine its the company thats the problem.

Absolutely rubbish downloaded the app all its keeps saying is they sending a code numerous times i tried and never received any of the codes deleted it in the end i will give my custom to other company's 😡

Absolutely love this company. Yes the app has the odd issue like tracking a driver and then the map changes and I'm tracking a different driver. All the drivers have been amazing especially Lee, Ferhat, Issac, Mo and a couple of other drivers who I see regularly. Very patient, very down to earth guys. They help with my shopping, help get me in and out of the car (disabled), and they don't rush me like hackney drivers and delta drivers do. Will continue to use daily.

Nothing wrong with the app itself but the company are terrible. I booked a taxi which did turn up but drove away after just a few seconds, and they also still charged the account used to make the booking a small fee, after saying there would be no charge, it wasn't the price of the fare, but all the same, they lied. Also their customer service operators were unhelpful and rather rude, as were one of their clients, Excel taxis, which is where the deserting taxi came from. I'd stick with Delta.
