Absolutely rubbish. The £5 credit they offer didn't go on and I had to contact them to sort it. Then when I pre booked hours in advance it didn't turn up. Fifteen minutes after it should have been there it still hadn't been dispatched!!!

They do not honour there reward system they lie not only about the rewards but the times the taxi should arrive I will never use this company again in short they are below par I would use uber instead. They are not worth the time I'd go elsewhere people
