So disappointing. I have always used Kingsway taxis, never had trouble with them. I downloaded the app so that it would be easier to book in advance. Stood waiting for my taxi that was booked hours in advance only to get a notification 2 minutes before it was due saying that it had been cancelled. Totally unprofessional, didn't want to believe everyone who said that they were going downhill. Will be using Uber in future, will not use this service again.

If you want to book minivan (more then 4 people) then don't use this app. At least this is what I was told by the contact person. I book for 5 people 2 days earlier. 10 mins before arrival got a call that minivan is not available, for this I should have called rather then use the app now I have to use two taxi and pay both. They left me with no time to arrange another taxi. I felt conned. And one of the taxi charged me more then the other for the same distance. Use black cab much cheaper

Can't pay by by card with this app. Error "3147: the BillingState field is required" when placing my booking. Added my card with all requested fields entered so it's not user error. How do you expect to take on the big boys when you can't get the basics right?

Best in the city - lovely drivers - many have known me as a disabled customer for years, as I cannot drive. You know it's a great company because drivers stay a long time. They've helped me to hospital to have my babies, brought us to our wedding - so many important life memories they have facilitated. I trust them with my life, and my nearly grown up children. 💙 Thank you Kingsway
