My experience with this app was great until I had to add new card details. It wouldn't accept any card I put in and when I called to fix the issue I was unhelpfully told it works fine and its my banks fault. To test that I contacted my bank and there is no issue. I've tried 4 separate cards and accounts and it doesn't work I've deleted and re installed but still it won't accept my card details and I'm unable to delete the account this app sucks. I only gave 3 stars cause it used to work fine

RE the new update - App was working beautifully prior to the new september 2020 update (tottally unnecessary) now it declines both of my brand new credit cards which i have been able to use everywhere else without a hitch, this is how I know 100% your app is the weak link as I have entered the details correctly multiple times, the CCV confirmation step is when it fails to accept . The only reason i started using Drive was so I don't have to fumble about with small coins. Highly dissapointed.

The app is really useful and I like being able to see where the cab is on the map. I recently had an issue where a driver refused because I wasn't a cash job. However that is the exception and the customer service team were in touch a few days later to offer support, which shows they really care about their customers

Recently the app has declined all saved cards, then won't let me order it again with cash. There's nothing wrong with my card as I used it on this app earlier today and it worked, this happens frequently and I mention it to drivers who just brush it off, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to message to get help for it either and in the current climate I really do not like to have to use cash despite this being my only option... No longer using this company as others are so much easier to use.

highly recommend, great drivers with the added bonus of card payment option. I emailed to ask about the £1.01 on my bank statement and they replied in minutes explaining about how it's a bank check and the money isn't charged to the customer, simply held for a security check. great service :))

Awful. Booked a taxi, using location on my phone, took ages to arrive then didn't come to my location. Not what you want after a long day!
