Do not use this app. I booked the taxi yesterday 12 hours prior to the requested time (11pm) just to make sure that the taxi will arrive on time. it never arrived and i was left in city center in the middle of the night, after work with no taxi. i called them but the person on the phone was very rude and couldn't care less. I don't recommend this service. they are unreliable.

I am a loyal customer of cab2k but this app is terrible. I have twice ordered a cab including doing the confirmation but the system had no record of the order. Difficult to set the time and really easy to set the wrong date. A poor show from a good company that I want to support

The app glitches do not make for easy text gathering. My location was shown on the map but read as gobbledegook. Driver did well to find me. Reallypoor experience for a first time user of the app.

With this new version you can't add card payment details to the app. After entering card you are asked for country of issue and Ireland isn't even in the list. I tried to add 3 different cards and they all failed telling me to check registration details.

very poor app now, used to be more user friendly now it is very difficult to pin point your location and the search facility is terrible. sorry guys you have lost a customer I will be going elsewhere until you either reinstate the old app or something similar to it

Very professional App. Easy to use and quick to set up. Pre booked my taxi the night before for early booking the following morning. Driver arrived on time and was very friendly. Very reliable local company.
