If I could give it zero, I would. Your app is horrendous. I booked a taxi, charged me £2 just to book it. I waited an extra 15 mins from my prebooked time, checked the app and it said it was cancelled. Tried to book again and it wasn't going through so closed the app, another £2 went out the bank. Ridiculous!

terrible app. tried it the first time today, looks like you would need a manual to understand how the app work. made a booking which was confirmed o ly for me to decide to track the car and there was no booking for me to track. awful experience!!!
