Not impressed at all! Pointless app if your booked taxi isn't even
dispatched! Booked for 8:30am night before, 8:34 check app, still waiting
for dispatch. Call them and got told they were waiting for drivers and had
about an hour wait!! Had to cancel the taxi as my kids would have been late
for school!! No text or call to tell me there was a delay. Very very poor
service. Always use metro but this has ruined it for me.
