Took my order. Expected me to pay for taxi via link which I never received, it only opened the link. When I questioned thier app they cancelled the taxi. Useless customer service and despite some good drivers the call handlers often have an awful attitude.

As with the other reviews, complete waste of time. After spending time registering and figuring out how to use it, got a message that booking could not be taken. Now they have all my personal information. Why isn't there an option of zero stars? Doesn't deserve any stars.

Terrible . Booked taxis on multiple occasions never arrived. Excuses when you call. Would give zero if possible.
