Had to cancel my booking. I called the office for them to tell me they couldnt find my booking but they took the money out when i pressed confirm booking. What a joke, its disgusting, your old app left a lot to be desired but this one os even worse... im going back to uber and if that money doesnt go back into my account then i will see you in court

WORST APP EVER!!! You have to remove your wifi in order for the booking to be confirmed. However, even if you've done this, ALL DRIVERS can refuse to take, & during these hours: MON-FRI 6 am-9 am 3 pm-7 pm, it's blocked from taking all bookings.

Very unreliable services. You still need to call in to know if you are actually getting a taxi. Just cancel the whole app. Not all taxi companies can be Uber.
