I'm really impressed with the service I received! Payment by card processed quickly and the taxi tracking was really accurate! I had to wait a while for the vehicle to turn up but this was certainly to be expected at the time of night I was booking. Cannot fault it!

booked a taxi the night before I needed it to arrive at 8am in the morning only for it not to turn up... rang the base and they said that there is no taxi booked, the app is not working as it should and often double books.
