Entered an address into the start point in the app, it accepted it. Time comes for the taxi to arrive and it turns out that the app has sent them to another place entirely. The app had decided to choose a random place in Reading even though the address was correct in the start point. Trying to explain this to the operator who was so rude and blaming me even though the actual issue was the app was infuriating. There's a reason this app has such a Low rating.

Haven't booked any ride yet. In the setup, SMS code took more than 60s to arrive (around 2pm today). And the first time I switched to SMS app to read the numbers, but when I returned, this app started from beginning and I needed a new code! I managed to succeed by the third code. This should definitely frustrate some users away.

Good to see the dated app replaced with a newer, modern and friendly to use app. It runs quickly as well. Hopefully this one won't be abandoned like the previous version with major bugs.

SCAM - BEWARE: The app lets you book a ride outside the firm's zone and retains the £1 booking fee when they cancel just before pick-up because they can't honour the booking. I booked an 11pm pick-up from Goring to Woodcote, they cancelled at 10pm and since I had been drinking I had no way to get home.

The app works fine. However it's no good having a decent app if the cars don't turn up on time. Last two times they were at least 15 mins late They're unreliable so I would NOT recommend using them.

Couldn't even get set up. Setting up phone number and apps says its sending a code. But it isn't and it doesn't resend either. Spose it's really no stars. Shame because they're a good taxi firm.
