Disgusting drivers... unpleasant, very unhelpful for the older folk. If you have a lot of shopping the only help your get from a Galaxy Taxi is he'll press the button for the boot. As you travel he'll either listen to a Radio Station that plays music that sounds more like a drowning demented Fox or chat loudly to a person on a handsfree unit in his language. Otherwise he'll try n start a conversation on a totally unrelated subject. Then charge you extra because he can.

very dissapointed. cars always keep on running late. i booked a car in advance and after being late and few phone calls car still havent arrived even if they clamed that is going to be another 7 minutes... missed kids swimming class because of them being late. after the phone call they made me feel bad as if it was my problem not making sure that i wanted car at specific hour ?!?!! i would recommend using something different if you are planning on being somewhere on time. very unprofessional.

Normally spot on but A bit disappointed today. I haven't used them during covid yet due to my health issues. So when I opened app tonight it has been updated and I had to register. All going good til it says it send code to my phone... I am still waiting 😳😳

Please fix the CVV2 so i can add my card. My last three are all the same and it won't let me add my card. If i change a number in the last three i can add my card. Please sort it out.

I like the process, but when u book u get charged £1.01 on ure card and
then you get charged the fair, so it knocks the price up
