Not very good as of late. Either wont let me book in the app (due to no cars available so I either have to call or book a competitor, and if I can book via a competitor's app I will use them I.e. Happicabs) or when we book, it takes 5-10 mins before our appointment is picked up. Happicabs picked up straight away at the same time, so we went with them and may do so if these guys continue to fail. Fareway used to be better than Happicabs, our go to, but sorry to see it is changing...
