The app works really well and matches the 'Uber experience' well so that prices can be easily compare for the same journey. Worth noting however that a slick app does not always mean a rapid pick up on the busier nights i.e weekends around 23:00 where I've found that the app can say 'your driver is 1 min away' when in reality it can be rather more..

I booked a cab on the app days in advance but on the night, it didnt show up. I waited 15 minutes then tried ringing but after 8 minutes of nobody picking up I gave up! I had to cancel my booking and try again using the app. We ended up driving ourselves in the end and had to leave the car overnight as was drinking! I received a call 25 mins after arriving at the pub asking if I still wanted my booking 😱 sort it out guys!! The booking to go home was better though. Was easier and way quicker!

The app is currently not accepting card payments and doesn't even let you add card details. Tried all the tricks of restarting the phone logging out of the app and even uninstalling and reinstalling and still not working this is now day 3 of not being able to book via the app using card payment. Reported the issue but still not resolved. VERY FRUSTRATING and INCONVENIENT. Can't even enter any discount codes as they only apply to card bookings so no benefits at present of using the app.

Was A great app but now confusing as will not let me update or add my regular credit cards and have to approve everything before 2fa, uber does not have these problems . Update have entered new card but now asks for ccv everytime, and not recognised!! uber does not do this......will try reloading app for one last time
