The update has made the app a lot better but it runs in the background and drains a lot of battery even when you sent tracking a car that's coming to pick you up. Fix that and the app would get 4 stars as sometimes it'll give the driver an address quite far down the road which the driver does call and come but it's an inconvenience.

The app seems ok at first glance but the booking system rarely works. The taxi company itself however......oh boy. Avoid at all cost. The worst cars in Swansea with the absolute rudest staff. Despite having the biggest presence in the city, they still have the most expensive rates. Plenty of better companies out there. This one is atrocious.

The app itself looks OK after the update, but the service is very bad. Booked a car at 8:17 have been waiting for 30 minutes without any update
