Don't trust them the have charge me more than all the company from the airport! Even their application was saying one price when I entered my details and when I booked the called me to tell me that the price was changed and the charges me more!!!!!! I was with kids and very tired so I just took it but IT THE LAST TIME, DON'T DO MY MISTAKES DON'T TRUST THEM!

hit & miss, tracking taxi is useless, shows a map of the indian ocean. drivers either smell or cba picking you up, they don't use the sat nav & sometimes take you the long way around! they don't go out of there way with your shopping & staff are sometimes rude, time for a change. not good at all.( iv'e been using them everyday so speak from experience )

The app is good to book and pay by card you can also track your taxi, however it does not tell you how long you could be waiting for your taxi for and only option is to ring up to find this out

Disgusting customer service, used cresta for years but not anymore!! After several misunderstandings with them in the past year I give up especially after the last incident, phoned cresta for a taxi from work and the driver wanted payment upfront, thought fair enough so asked how much he wanted £10 I didn't have it on me as it normally costs £3.50 so he wouldn't take me but tried charging me the £1.50 starting charge as he'd already started driving through the car park!!
