Horrendous! i called a taxi from my work place which is 2 minutes from the actual taxi depo and it didnt turn up for half an hour! even when i called and asked how long it would be because id already waited 10 minutes they said it was around the corner. Half an hour and tge taxi turned up, i asked the driver how long he had been assigned the job and he said 4 minutes ago! fumming and definitely won't be using this company no more! shame really because this has alwaus been to go to company.

Horrendous, the cancel your bookings for absolutely no reason. Complete bull****. Booked a six passenger car and tried saying there was only one passenger, when there was five. The phone operator was snotty and said to try paying by cash just so they could rob money for us since it isn't a fixed price. Also said to put a note saying it was for five people but they cancelled it again without reason. I used Uber instead, at least they're honest with the cars they have available.

They cancel your bookings and say you have done it not realising there's a time on there so they don't send the drivers to far of a night time. The regular County car drivers even tell you that there self. Absolutely appaling lately and the company has gone down hill management need to look into the dispatchers of a night time as its an absolute disgrace now and I used to use this company every day night and day for work now will be using another taxi firm

Wouldn't even rate it 1 star! There absolutely shocking! Drivers try to take you the longest ways to get more money from you on the tab machine, there a female phone operator who speaks to you like dirt! Her attitude stinks. The drivers are lazy if they are parked down the street from where you booked they expect you to walk to them! Don't pre book a taxi it will either show up late or be too early then drive off.. When booking on the app they dispatch a taxi then all of sudden its gone. Useless!

so so so bad!! pay by card and your fare is 50p more and then your charged again without consent ot told another £1.01 no staff member can exlpain y i was not imformed before inputing my details into your app!! also the women staff need some customer service training i got spoken ocer shouted at and hung up on when asking about MY MONEY!
