It's all good for Central Cars. 😁 I have used their services for many, many years now & NOT once have i ever been let down by them or been unhappy with the way the drivers have been towards me as a paying customer. Also they are on time & even if I've booked for a car, on time again. Many Big Thanks to all the drivers & telephone staff who takes the bookings. Very polite & well spoken ladies/gents you are the first point of contact over the phone. You deserve as much bigging up & praise too.x

I love the convenience of this app. Unfortunately Pre booking almost always results in late pick ups. Office team must be very unorganised or lack a sense of customer satisfaction. Drivers are very friendly. Only use this app if you want your taxi ASAP.

I can't pre book taxis since the update and the pinpoint whee exactly I am isn't working either. Had drivers drive right pass me.

Booked a cab for new years day In advanced and checked one hour prior to when I booked the cab for to find the booking had been cancelled! Will not be using the taxi company again. They did not even bother to send a text or message to state they had cancelled.

The app used to work but recently stopped so I have logged out and uninstalled it. I then tried reinstall it have forgotten my password so I have clicked on the reset password button for it to say check my email for instructions how to rest. Guess what no email so I will not be using this app anymore
