Downloaded the app after moving to the area. First taxi booked didn't turn up. Called after 10 minutes waiting to be told it was in a queue and they couldn't tell me know long. What a joke of a service. Don't advertise 7 minutes wait if it's going to be over 30 minutes!!

I use central cars everday goin to and from my work and also elswhere i have just waited 40mins to be told the taxi thats dispatched was no longer dispatched and still had no ans on wen one would be available i have to say dont usely use reviews but the way i was treated is absolutely despicable
