Company is only concerned with getting 16 year olds to and from the bottom of high street. Advance booking on app means nothing as phone calls and office walk-ins get priority. Waited 20 minutes on an advanced booking with nothing dispatched. Called another company and got home in 5 minutes.

one calls for one the phone call gets put on top priority over the app.
