Absolutely useless company... Even I booked the taxi 3 hours ahead, they never sent a car, not even 30 minutes after the booking time, but that's not the worst about them. They won't even pick up the phone to explain the situation. Pure rubish and a disgrace.

Shocking app, battery usage is way too much. You can't even click on terms and conditions at he point of registering, think I'll stick to using the Intercity Private Hire app, much better and easy to use
