Pre-Booking your taxi does NOTHING. All it does is wait until 5 minutes before your booked time and then tries to find you a taxi. The point of pre-booking is that you can rely on the taxi you booked to arrive at that time. No matter how early you pre-book a ride you have no advantage over anyone else who has tried to book a ride on the fly. Poor system.

Awful experience. Over and over again drivers accepted my trip request and cancelled so I ended up giving up after 30 minutes to get an Uber. They then charged me for cancelling even when I didn't have a driver assigned and without even informing me of this prior! And you wonder why people prefer Uber so much more? Avoid this company at all costs

Bad. No taxi arrived so had to phone. First call cut off so had to call again. Your app was working fine. Why change it? Ever heard the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it

Some other time it's letting you save your favourite place for next time make it easy for your journey next time it's saving your favourite places and some of your favourite places it keeps coming up error can't save your favourite places also you can't talk to the driver or text him and he can text you back uber you can you can text the driver and he can reply if you are using uber

Not sure what's happened to this app but the map doesn't display. Not as easy to use as was before.

This app used to be great but since the changes to make it fancy, when you prebook a time it arrives 10-15 minutes later than the time you want. With the old app it was always dispatched before the time you booked so it got here on time. Not a fan as whatever you've changed has ruined a great service so I've started using Uber instead.
