Not able to book via the app. Message saying "can't accept bookings at this time" no matter if you try to book asap or any other time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work

Worst cab company ever. I've ordered a cab multiple times through the app, with a few hours before I needed it and even so the cab came 25-30+ mins late, a few times. If you call and give them the refence number you get in the app, they tell you that there's nothing they can do with it. App is really bad optimized, missing buttons when you want to cancel a booking and looks bad overall.

I have been using alpha minivans for a while now. They have always been on time and always sent text to say when they are on there way and when they are outside. They have Never let me down. Carry on with the fantastic service Alpha.

Couldn't set drop off destination. Search bar doesn't bring up any results. Was able to manually search pick up but drop off could only use a search bar which is clearly broken.

Ad choices advertising (regularly in other applications) commenced after install and ceased after removal. Shame as the one time I used the application to book a taxi it arrived on time. Removed due to advertising.
