absolutely abysmal. don't use. drive so dangerously, red lights ignored constantly. went behind me as I was reversing into my drive, mounted a kerb when a child was a metre away rather than wait. a shameful addition to the taxi business. approached boss on several occasions and sworn at and laughed at by " staff" a disgusting shambles of a local company that drive dangerously, ignore customers, often don't turn up and when asked to slow down stick fingers up and say they're "tactically trained"

Unreliable cab service!

This app is OK as far as it goes, but one weakness is that it won't let you book airport pickups. It's absolutely fine for being picked up from home, and they turn up at the time booked, but if you want picking up from the airport, then it takes you through all business of asking you your flight number and confirming the times and everything, but then won't ever actually make the booking. A bit weird really.

The app is fine I suppose, but the company behind it is the worst taxi firm I've ever used. Booked an hour in advance only to have to wait half an hour for our car. There were probably 10-12 people waiting with us who had the exact same thing, some booked 8 hours earlier! Then charged more than the app quoted because it was time and a half, regardless of the fact that was only because they were late. A joke of a firm who I won't be using again. I'll pay slightly more and just use black cabs, I suggest you all do too.

Pointless...just about allows you to book a cab (though not necessarily to your address...just somewhere in the vicinity) but little else. Companies like this whinge when Uber turn up but let's just say there's definitely a gap in the market!

A very reliable app from a reliable business. Highly recommend both the business and the app. Thank you Alpha Cars for making this possible, its been very easy to use and has really helped me and my family in our time of need.
