The Frist time I used this application it was ace the lost time used A2B booked for Sun Street Waltham Abbey taxi ended up on Market Street if ghe taxi put into Google search where I was bean pick up from her would not ended up at the wrong location and when her did get to us her said it did say the right place what was wrong with some this taxi drivers

Driver wouldn't take me, despite me showing him the app with his name down as my driver. left me without a taxi. AVOID

App is great, but the taxi firm don't use it. I booked a cab on the app, had a hunch it wouldn't work, rang them at the time it was due to arrive - they hadn't sent it. Rang another firm, who got a cab to me within three minutes, so I caught my train. Looks like you still need to call them as well as use the app.
