Grossly underestimates fares and waiting times and to top it off, today's driver didn't have 20p in change so what was suppose to cost £4.60 and actually came to £6.30 ended up costing me £6.50. the phone service is rubbish as it consistently tell you there are 2 minutes left to wait even if the app says your vehicle hasn't been dispatched. Can not use the map to track driver.

Quoted £3 to go 10 minutes drive down the road from Liverpool Street to deansgate, got charged 7.40, cab arrived with £5 on the meter before we'd set off. Robbing swines

Both the company and the app. Taking jobs they haven't got the drivers for, blatantly misleading about arrival times, and the app is buggy, unresponsive and just a pain to use. Made me an hour late for a meeting, between waiting for a driver who was "outside" and made no attempt to contact me, the company ordering another driver who was "ten minutes" away, and the app itself showing me three different drivers when I attempted to track where my driver was.

Pre booked and pre paid a taxi the day before to take me to hospital at 6 in the morning for an operation, waited till 6:15 and the company car was 10 minutes away,please avoid at anytime.

Used several times. Sometimes it worked but most of the cases I was receiving a message the the booking has been cancelled without any reason. So I had to call the taxi in the old-fashion way. The taxi company is great..the app is poor.

Every time I have booked a taxi through this app recently it gets confirmed then when I go back on the app to check the status its been cancelled or its going to arrive 20 minutes after the time I booked it for. Useless!
