Avoid use Uber instead. Poor driving, wasnt paying attention to the road, glued to phone. Entered card details but still had cash as preferred option, making it much more expensive that advertised cost. Dont use.

Good app but needs some improvements. The issue is it doesn't automatically put the charge through on as a debit/credit card so you end up booking it and then being asked for cash once they've dropped you off. Payment cards should be the default setting and then give you the option for cash if you want. Also, I've had to claim refunds when I've had to cancel a trip due to no driver picking me up at the airport

Taxi service is fine ... good actually ... but the wasnt able to setup app. Kept asking for email while not providing any field for that. So unsuccessful.

This taxi service is terrible. The drivers spend the majority of the journey speaking in a foreign language on the phone, disregarding the passenger, which is incredibly rude. They do not know how to navigate to your destination, frequently asking for redirections. Also, they don't listen to passengers at all. Stick to uber. This company evidently doesn't care about their customers, and this is speaking from four separate but similar experiences.

The app is not working right. Cars cancel the booking with no reason and it takes more than 10 min to arrive. Also when you put the arrive point from your phone it doesn't appear in their phones. It's better to call straight to their number.

Disgusting service, tryed to book a taxi 3 times and everytime it would cancel the bookings on its own. Called them and was told it would arrive in 15 mins but still nothing. Called again and told there were no taxis available! Had money taken out of my account! Doesnt even deserve 1 star! Don't download this app!!!
