I installed this app as soon as i got to know about this hoping it would be a great help in travelling with ease. But it's disappointing to say that i have never got your auto at my service whenever i have requested. Either there are no vehicles or the driver never arrives at the pick up point despite accepting the request. Kindly do the needful !

no control over auto drivers . no auto available but the disclaimer shows no control over them . it states drivers can charge return charge which is illegal in city limits . it also states kindly confirm fare with driver !! then what is the need for your app ,when you cannot guarantee drivers will collect only the fare shown in the app ?? this app probably just connects with autos . customer experience will not improve . i guarantee you will be closed in a year . better use ola or uber.

Registered as a driver in your website. Unable to use the app using the same login credentials which reflects wrong account. There is no advise how a registered driver can get the trip details using this app

I think it's a good app. I can't test it because no drivers in my location, Edathua, Alappuzha district. So please add at least 2 drivers. There is no drivers at all in this app at my location.

appreciate the efforts , but you must cross check all features before airing to public . not even one can save location , i cant select destination.
