“Piacenza – Il mio Ospedale” permette di muoversi guidati all’interno dell’Ospedale Guglielmo da Saliceto di Piacenza. Utile a chi si reca all’Ospedale per visitare una persona ricoverata, ma anche a chi, dentro gli Ospedali, deve fare una visita o un esame, l’app accompagna l’utente nei reparti, negli ambulatori, nelle aree dedicate agli esami e agli accertamenti, nei Centri Unici di Prenotazione (CUP) e negli ambienti dedicati alla distribuzione dei farmaci. Funziona anche senza connessione internet. Fornisce indicazioni ulteriori costantemente aggiornate sui servizi offerti dalla struttura ospedaliera (sedi, orari, recapiti, contatti). “Piacenza – Il mio Ospedale” permette a tutti i cittadini, utilizzando il proprio smartphone, una volta in prossimità dell'area ospedaliera di Piacenza, di agganciare un sistema di accoglienza virtuale che permette l'interazione con lo spazio circostante. L’app è integrata con i totem eliminacode. “Piacenza – Il mio Ospedale” è stata realizzata in co-progettazione con l’Unione Italiana dei Ciechi di Piacenza e tramite la funzione TALKBACK consente anche agli utenti con Disabilità visive di accedere a tutte le funzioni presenti.
