This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing City of Fishers CrimeWatch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

So this is a good idea but some improvements could make this really nice. 1. Make it so it's easier to log in quickly or keep active at low battery consumption. 2. I would love to see a notification system where it would notify me of incidents that are happening. For example - cvs on 116 gets robbed- it sends out a push notification telling people what to look out for and what to do.

Five stars for great design and ease of use. One observation... on my Android version, it sits on the splash screen for almost 7 seconds after launching app -- not good if I'm trying to use the app quickly to report something. Suggest either getting rid of the splash screen or drastically cutting back the amount of time it's displayed.
