The app has a vast array of feelings to choose but it's very hard to find the feeling you are looking for which is very time consuming and frustrating. Also the scoring system is not an accurate way to track your mood from a scientific standpoint, as the user can easily increase their score by selecting multiple negative moods or by entering moods more often throughout the day. This completely skews the data and is not a reliable source of information.

I have chronic depression and found this app to help me log my emotions. It is overwhelming at first to get the target points they are looking for, and even more as you get close each day. But as an example, I felt good for a little yesterday it gave me almost 2 whole points just for feeling good. Today I expressed heartbreak because I found out I have to put my dog down and it gave me 0.3 points. Shouldn't I get more points for logging my emotions when I'm not okay?? Everything is harder then..

I enter a bunch of my feelings and use the face icon to show the description of how I feel. After entering my thoughts and feelings, this app does NOT keep what I have entered. This has been ongoing and it is getting to the point where I want to uninstall this app because it is a POS. I don't understand why I have to enter my location. It's your just record my feelings. It loses everything that I type or speak in my case. I want an app that actually works and helps me understand my feelings.

Great app, many moods to choose. Love the notes feature. I was using the calm app, only for the mood check in, now I don't have to. This app is really great for keeping track of how you are feeling throughout the day.

This is a great app to help you identify your emotions. It'd be nice if the emotions were organized a little better to better help you identify exactly what you were feeling. Like in a mood meter or regulatory zones, etc.

Fantastic tool to manage emotions or practice mindfulness. No ads! The new update makes it easy to track emotions by day, week, month. Many emotions to pick from. Sets a daily goal, notification option. Very clear and easy to use app. Absolutely love it. Perfect!!!
