This app needs a major overhaul and the cameras need upgrading. The app frequently crashes, the camera double records the same object/footage and the app constantly has error messages. I've contacted Tech Support on a few occasions and the same technician attempts to resolve the camera issues but the problems still remain. The last resort was upgrading my wifi which I have, but same issues exist. Please update this app and upgrade the cameras.

Update: After weeks of not being able to login to the app I was successful solving the issue on my Lgv30 phone. I had to go into apps/digitallife/storage and clear cache and data. I think the app has a design flaw if you have do all this to get back in.

The app crashes after uprising it within an hour. Sometines freezes and I have to restart the phone. Other times it does not log in especialky in wifi. Several times I disable the akarm but it does not work immediately.

The app is unreliable. You never know when it's going to work. Pointless! Consistently receive error messages or a black screen. The app will allow me to login in the morning, but kick me out in the evening and provide me with an error message.

The Android version of this app gets worse with every update. Notifications are so delayed they may as well not exist. I set the alarm the left for 2 hours. Didn't get armed notification until it got back home. Version for iPhone is so much better!

I can't stand this service. To come out and check they charge you a fortune and the online help sucks. I am getting rid of this service. AT&T really gas gone down the drain with decent product service. Don't get the service or install the app because the service sucks. The app is awful as well. You can't easily disable sensors. AWFUL!!!! Use another security service that cares about it's consumers. The people that work for AT&T don't have much to work with.
