I installed it and was able to put my information but had to wait until within 48 hours to finalize the form and get my QRC code. The app will not open now. I have tried for three days and have Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It still will not open but keeps crashing. Very frustrating as I am leaving in a day and had to do everything online rather than through the app.

Terrible... App downloads and works for a couple of days. Then when you need to fill in the final pieces of information 48 hrs before departure it stops working. Happened on both our phones and no amount of reinstall will get it back. We both had to add to another device and each start the whole process and form again. My advice is to not even bother filling out the form until 48 hrs before you travel and then you can hopefully get away with completing it in one hit

Totally useless. Used it in the past. Now it prompts for an update, which I do to the latest version. Keeps crashing so must uninstall and start again. In parallel I completed the form from my laptop. But when I fully reinstalled the app it does not link the form completed from laptop, so I would need to start again? No thanks, rather delete the app and show the PDF from my email. What a waste of time!!

very bad! - it is not staded if the first address is home or stay - it refuses also accented wovels, used in spanish words - does not allow to switch among app to copy+paste data (if you try, all the data filled in the page are deleted) - the keyboard covers the half bottom and to close it, an inadvertitely double back-key, cancels every data you've input - it requires (48hr before, to get QR !!!) the seat number ... that CANNOT be known before chek-in ...poor analysis/specs; poor testing

Very poor quality app. Every time you go to another app to check the address of you hotel or the flight number all introduced info from the form page is deleted. Moreover, the scroll doesn't go all the way down and you need to close the keyboard to see some of the fields on the bottom. Annoying.

At first I had problems with this App. It downloaded fine, I entered the first I formation for our family, but then it kept crashing and did not open again. After deleting and reinstalling the App, it all went smooth and fast. We have our QR codes and all is good.
