I continously get a code 33 error and it gets worse every month. It can take up to 20min before I can get in to arm or disarm now. This has been going on for a few mths now.It is becoming extremely frustrating and annoying

Not all features work and slow. I can bypass zones from my DSC 1864 keypad and the zone shows blue in the app (zone bypassed). If I hold down the zone in the app and select bypass, it does not bypass. Sometimes takes 10 minutes for the push notification to come through.
