Cars do arrive much faster than calling in. But, there are issues that cause problems with my trips. 1. Sometimes the app says my car is "on location" when it has not arrived yet. 2. I don't get a "price quote". So, the driver sometimes tries to handle me on the price. 3. There is no option to edit "my locations". 4. The drivers don't seem to look at the schedule time/date function. I've scheduled for 30 minutes ahead and they showed up in 4 minutes. Then they left saying they waited and no one was there.
