The ability to select an hour repeat rate for an alarm. For instance I take pills every 5 hours. Difficult to set alarms for that with your app.

It would be nice to have a language choice for non-English users, as well as options for notifications that are more readable for visually impaired. Aside from that, I find it very useful. Keep up the good work!
