AsWings is the only app thought to skate and roll in your city or around the cities you still don’t know.
AsWings and the organization of the International Skating marathon P2P have joined forces to offer you a personalized application for the 7th edition of this exciting marathon.
Access the P2P marathon route easily. You will be able to see the course, points of interest such as cloackroom, bib pick-up, start line, food and water stations, aid stations or showers together with warnings about some trouble points in the course.
With AsWings you will be able to analyse the route before the marathon and/or follow the route the same day so the app will let you know when you are approaching the warnings. You can personalize the meters to which the app will alert you before arriving to the warnings from the Settings menu but it will be set by default to notify you 160 m beforehand.
Furthermore, you will also find the hotel with whom we have agreed a special fare for the participants of the marathon with the code to unlock the offer.
And because we don’t want you to miss anything, there's also a notifications service where we will post the most important news regarding the marathon.
This AsWings temporary app has the same features as the original one except the access to the Friend's area in the main Menu. Discover the app and all its features! Do not forget to download the original once this special version ends as you will only be able to use it up to 5 days after the race.
AsWings features:
- Record your routes
- Register you times, slopes, calories and other data that are only of interest of a few of us like upwards or downwards speed
- Add sites and spots to your routes, give them an address, an icon, a text, one or a few photos, a video, a sound clip or – if you want - nothing
- Roll your recorded route, an AsWings route or one of our collaborators route. The app will warn you when you get off route or you get close to a spot. You can silence it if you want
- Make friends, check their routes, follow them and rate them
- Use online or offline maps so you don’t have to spend your data. Create your own map if you don’t want to browse a website to download it
- Join group routes or even public routes so you can check where your friends or other skaters are in real time. AsWings will update your friends’ position via data.
- Calculate a route adding the points that you want to visit in your map
- Use the widget to record your route, pause it or add spots, no need to open the App
- Easy access to the Spots database. Once you have downloaded them in your phone together with AsWings’ routes, you don’t have to use data anymore to know where to skate
- Discover interesting news and offers in the wheel’s world. Don’t get lost, AsWings will tell you where will the activities be held in the map or where you can find the offers. News and offers can be turned off.
- Discover cities with AsWings. Download the routes that we suggest around Barcelona and Madrid and have a look. Read texts about the route, sites info, lookout for slopes and pavement conditions and just choose which routes you want to roll according to your level
