Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Bangalore Metro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

Not rechargeable for emergency use...waste

Pathetic and No Refund Policy sucks, The BMRCL is more than a decade behind DMRC as its slow and Metro interval is more than what the app actually says. Also as you buy the card they don't feel necessary to tell you that the amount in the card is non refundable and non transferable you simple can not get your money back if you chose to leave the city.

It gives all the relevant information about Namma Metro in a click and it is totally an offline app which is an added benefit. Good app for understanding and navigating through Bangalore via metro train

Bangalore Metro is a metro train timing app that is beautifully designed to make transportation easy. Find basic details of the route like distance, fare, journey duration, number of stations, and changes if any between purple and green lines. It is an offline application and internet connection is not required for trip planning or metro route search.

Key features include:
» Stations: Scroll through Bangalore Metro Station List / Namma Metro Station List and know details about green line metro stops and purple line metro stops.
» Find the nearest station: Know detailed information about the station (address, line, whether parking available or not and the nearest station distance from your location). You can even view the station and distance on Google map.
