After updating to android 10, on my zenfone 5z, everything was going fine. I had an update to this app (my default), and it caused my front camera to be unusable. I have no option to disable this app to use a replacement, so I can't even use another app. Then the most recent update cause all kind of problems, like not being able to use my wide angle camera, and my rear camera to just stop working. I tested out the hardware and it is entirely fine, and this issue is widespread, with no solution

I am using Asus Zenfone 5Z (8Gb/256 Gb) since around one and half year. After Android 10 update its main camera started taking BLURRY images. Macro and wide angle camera mode is normal. Selfie camera is also normal. Please look into the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible. Thousands of users are facing the same problem with this model. We have contacted Asus talk but no resolution.

My camera hasn't been working properly for over a few months. I've tried everything but I'm just not able to make pictures anymore. I don't have any other problems with my phone, only this. Please fix this. I can't even open the app, it closes down automatically after two seconds.

It takes forever to take photo in 48mp even with saving to the internal storage. Of course I can reduce the camera quality but I didn't but this phone with awesome camera and stop using it because it misses the moment I want to take the photo...

The app is very bad my zenfone 5z camera is blurry and thousands of users are facing the same issue as i checked in zentalk but Asus is not releasing a update to fix it as clearly its a software issue as so many users are facing it. Asus tells ever user to go to service center and replace camera module. Feel like was a big mistake buying Asus. Never buying another product again as its a waste of money and resources. Don't buy Asus phones they suck.
