This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Singtel Connected Things on PC Windows and Mac.

This is quite a horrible app. My girl uses the Oaxis watch sold by Singtel and the chats never showed up on the app. And now the app kept showing my session had expired and asked me to log in but after i keyed in the credentials, it displayed the same session expiry message again. very frustrating!!! i really regret getting the watch and using this app. totally unreliable!!

Horrible experience with the chat and the DND mode. DND mode turned on itself at timings that was not set. If you want users to use this app instead of the phonenwatch app, please make sure it works and has all the functions of the original app. It does not have all the functions in now!!! Felt cheated to buy a device and limited by SingTel app, not utilising the full function of the phonewatch.

The experience had been horrendous right from the start!!! Singtel had been totally unresponsive and uncontactable over the matter. Shirking and avoiding responsibility while they continue to charge subscription fees. Great product that unfortunately does not work.

View the location of your loved ones in real-time using the latest location-based tracking technology. That means enjoying a greater peace of mind knowing where are your elderly parents and children!

Use Singtel Connected Things to:
• View the location of friends and family: Get updates on where your loved ones are in real time

• Geo-fencing: Receive real-time alerts when your friends and family arrive or leave any pre-defined location zone you set

• Maintain privacy: Block others you are unfamiliar with from knowing your location

• Chat with loved ones: Connect with your friends and family with a free in-app chat function

• Send emergency alerts: Send SOS alert messages with your last detected location to loved ones in cases of emergency. This also works for contacts who have not installed the app

• Receive low battery alerts: Receive notifications when your loved ones' device battery are running low

Performance: GPS location services should be turned ON on your device for your application to work properly.

Disclaimer: Continued use of GPS running in the background can take up 5% of battery life per day.
