Wife and I both tried to install the app with the same registered booking email address and it kicked me off. I tried to reregister, I verified the confirmation email, got the big tick but the app is stuck on the check your email screen.

It's OK not smooth have found its better to hold the front of the phone to the reader would love it if after the first time it worked on proximity with voice authorisation so I don't have to put down whatever I'm carrying

Very bad app, all the time when I used always slow and have Wait at least 5 minutes to open the door .

Very unreliable. Just getting the reader to detect the phone is hard. Even when it does, it often fails to unlock the door. It's not rare to spend 5 minutes to open one door.

Doesn't work. It tells you to check email to verify. When you click on the verify button the app says it regis tered then goes to a page to check your email but nothing happens. Email hunter and spammer!
