I carefully measured both bare feet per the instructions, which are somewhat incomplete. It came up with 10 inches and 9.9 inches, which us about .5 inches off. But what is worse is that the shie size suggested is 8.5 U. S., which is way off for a guys shoe size at 10 inches. If I tried to squeeze my precious feet into an 8.5, I'd break bones.
