This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Ashfords Digital Legacy on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Losing a loved one is a traumatic time for anyone. Dealing with someone’s estate is never easy. Time
and money in administering an estate is often lost looking for assets and dealing with the liabilities
of someone after they have died.
 
Digital Legacy enables individuals to use a secure platform to maintain details of accounts they hold
(for example online accounts such as Netflix or bank accounts), funeral wishes, donor status, key
documents, executors and the whereabouts of core items. In addition, individuals can leave
messages for loved ones and even maintain a “bucket list” detailing the key moments in their lives.
When the individual dies, approved individuals get access to a locked down version of the legacy
system so as to make it as easy and as cost effective as possible to administer the estate. Executors
can even open up a memorial book for people to leave messages of condolence. The system does
not require passwords or login details to be recorded as the focus is to provide executors with the
core information necessary to help deal with the deceased’s estate. For a small annual fee, the
system is available on multiple platforms.
