Highly recommended. Works out of the box. Ascensia customer service is awesome. They have done whatever humanly possible to try to fix issues we have experienced with Contour Next One for 7 weeks and the app was never the cause. Now it works perfectly with all our Next Ones and the phones we use to monitor our daughter through her day in kindergarten. *Original rev. removed 'cause connection errors almost certainly was caused by Android and iPhone system updates*.

The app is poorly designed, suffers fro. poor performance once you start filling it with data, and it's not worth your time.

Jeg skulle gjerne vært i kontakt med utviklerne av denne appen, for her er det ting å ta tak i. Jeg skal prøve å ta det i prioritert rekkefølge. Appen mangler en "Sync Now" knapp. Synkronisering virker å kunne fremtvinges ved noen typer navigering, samt avslutte og starte appen på nytt, men prøv å fortelle det til Skole/SFO for at vi foreldre skal få oversikt... Appen burde synkronisere seg regelmessig. Når endringer er gjort i appen bør endringene synkes opp automatisk, etter ikke alt for lang tid. Dette gjerne med en "timestamp" som andre enheter kan bruke for å få vite om de har siste versjon. I tillegg bør denne timestamp kunne sjekkes regelmessig online for å få ned de siste data automatisk. Dette er gull verdt for foreldre. Evt. så kan man tenke seg en mulighet for å sette opp om dette skal gjøres, og i så fall hvor ofte. Små barn har gjerne ikke egen epostadresse. Det er derfor irriterende å måtte ha forskjellig epostadresse til barnet og den voksne som setter opp denne synkingnen for barnet. En rapport som viste mengde karbo, insulin, aktivitet osv. for forrige dag hadde vært veldig fint med tanke på endret insulinbehov.

Integrering med andre tjenester? Ikke tilgjengelig i Norge. Ikke norsk google-konto? Denne appen er kun tilgjengelig for norske brukere. Gnåler (med skrivefeil "tempered" i stedet for "tampered") om jailbreak. Jailbreak er for iPhone. Android har root! Appen krever UTROLIG MANGE tilganger, mange av dem svært vanskelig å forstå at skal være nødvendig. Jeg er SVÆRT skeptisk til om disse folkene er GDPR-compliant! Bruker appen KUN fordi det ikke finnes noe annet alternativ!

Hard and unintuitive to use, it managed to do its job. Although after the newest update when I try to input amount of medication (insulin) in decimal (2,5 for example) it crashes completely. I use it on Norwegian phone with language set to Norwegian (though it mixes screens with English into it). Maybe it's the problem with decimal point being a comma , instead of a dot . ? I would like to see it fixed, the old way of putting in insulin worked just fine and I was okay with it being that way.

After update the app no longer syncs with the meter.
