I thought that this would be a decent app to have for my type 2 diabetes. How wrong i was. When you go through the steps to set up an account you get an email to verify your email address. I did that. What happened next was a disgrace. The app would not allow me to sign out. I had to switch off my mobile, only then was I able to exit the app. To compound the problem, the email to verify your own email address was sent without TLS security.

Don't waste time trying to pair as it only works with a few high end phones. Help is non existent as the people at the help line don't know! It is untrue to say it is compatible with android phone. This is the 3rd nextONE meter I have been given since 2017 that won't pair with my phone or tablet. I continue to use my nextUSB meter, a far better meter unfortunately discontinued.

Excellent app. The graphic display gives me a clear picture of how my blood sugars are behaving at different times of the day, as well as weekly and longer periods, so I can control my diet & exercise much better. This gives me a feel good factor to know I can have better control over my type-2 diabetes.

App works, except when I open it, it always tells me that Bluetooth is disabled, which it never is. So I have to turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again to get the test stick to talk to the app. Very annoying.
