Truly awful app. The previous version was far, far superior in every way, and I'm not sure what possessed Arriva to change to such an inferior version. The most useful feature of the app was always the 'real time' tracker, which not only allowed you to see exactly where the bus was at any given time, but it saved you waiting around unnecessary if you had missed the bus, if it arrived early and didn't wait at the stop, as the buses often do. Complete waste of space on your phone, not fit for use

Awful! The old app was so useful for planning journeys and saved me time waiting at the bus stop. Now this app is completely useless, it says buses are cancelled when they aren't. Doesn't track the live buses anymore. When you click on a bus stop to get the times it randomly takes you to another stop miles away on the map. Just a disaster and it's been like this for months. Wish they would reinstate the old apps Kuch better!

Though my experience with customer service is amazing, the fact that I have had to call them so many times is appaling. The ticket system is not at all refined, and I find myself being randomly logged out and unable to access my M-ticket. Usually I'm in the app and everything is fine, and when I bring up my ticket the QR code loads indefinitely. Exiting the app and reopening it I find myself logged out and unable to access my tickets as they are 'active on another device'.

Broken live updates, map only works 2/3rds of the time, unreliable and buggy. Definitely a downgrade from the original app. Seems like the app just hides the actual performance of the bus service and defeats the whole purpose of live updates. Call me a theorist but I don't believe that the developer has known about the issue for this long without being able to fix it, only if they intentionally broke it in the first place.

Live bus tracker doesn't work 90 percent of the time. App logs you out and when you log in you can't access tickets you've paid for. When you email to complain you are told to ring the customer helpline number that nobody ever answers!! So I've lost at least £45 because of this app because there's no way to request a refund! Shocking app

Barcodes not working over several days, making for awkward conversations with bus drivers. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if would work thereafter but upon reinstallation, the app told me that my ticket is apparently "active on another device". It isn't. For one of the biggest transport providers in the UK, this is really shoddy service.
